Yes, you can sign up and log in for free. Free users receive 5 monthly credits, which are reset on the 1st of each month (GMT).
Where can I check my remaining credits?
You can check your remaining credits either through the "My Credits" floating button on the right side of the page, or by visiting the "My Subscriptions" page after logging in.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Once your subscription credits are exhausted, you won't be able to export data until they reset on your next billing date. You can purchase credit packs to continue using the service.
Do Credit Packs expire? Can I buy multiple packs?
Credit Packs are effective immediately upon purchase and never expire—you can use them until they are completely finished. Moreover, Credit Packs are fully stackable; you can purchase multiple packs at any time, and the credits will be added to your balance.
Can I buy Credit Packs while having a monthly subscription?
Absolutely. Credit Packs and monthly subscriptions work independently and do not interfere with each other. Your monthly subscription credits are always prioritized for use. If you exhaust your monthly quota before the next billing date, the system will automatically switch to using your Credit Pack balance.
How can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can change your plan from the My Subscriptions page by clicking "Manage Billing". Plan changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the My Subscriptions page. After cancellation, your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
When is the billing processed?
Billing occurs on the same date each month as your initial purchase. For example, if you subscribe on March 15th, you will be billed on the 15th of each following month.
